One of the things I really like about this is the sense of place. Love how you open with a shot of where they are. What it looks like. The same way you did with the apartment building.

Great interaction between Valerie and Juliet, down to the detail about the hair color and the preference for pie instead of cake. and the everpresent "Walt" issue that Juliet keeps trying to avoid.
